Rental gear can be picked up any time after 1PM on the start date of your rental order. You must drop off your rental gear any time before 12PM on the end date of your rental order. Feel free to call us at 703-250-5555 if you need to schedule an alternative pick up or drop off time.

When selecting items for your rental order, you must select a store location. You must pick up and drop off your rental gear at the selected store location. Our store locator can be found here.

Please have your credit card and driver's license (or other government issued ID) available for our staff to verify upon picking up your rental gear. Please note: The person who placed the order must be present upon picking up your rental gear.

A credit card authorization hold may be required for up to half of the rental gear's retail value. This authorization is not a monetary charge, and will be removed from your credit card upon returning the rental gear. In the event that you don't have a credit card, or are coming from out-of-state, a monetary deposit may be required. This deposit is fully refunded upon returning the rental gear.

Absolutely! If you contact us more than 24 hours before your rental end date, you will get 10% off the extension fee. We are happy to adjust your rental to suite your needs (assuming we have enough rental items in stock). Note that extension fees are based on the full daily rate of an item.

For example, if an item rents at $43 for 7 days and you request a 7-day extension before the end of the rental, the extension will cost $38.70. This means you will pay more ($81.70) than you would have if you had originally rented it for 14 days ($75).

We understand that plans change. If you need to change or add items to your rental, feel free to contact us prior to picking up your rental gear and we will happily make any changes necessary. If you need to cancel your rental order, contact us more than 3 days prior to your rental start date, and we will refund 50% of the order total. Orders cancelled within 3 days of the start date are nonrefundable. Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 703-250-5555 and we will gladly assist you.

We charge a mandatory insurance amount for each rental order which covers 50% of the repair or replacement for damaged rental items that are returned. You are financially responsible for the replacement of all stolen or lost rental items. Please contact us immediately in the event of rental items being damaged, lost, or stolen.

Definitely! If you fall in love with your rental gear, you can put 50% of the rental item's subtotal towards purchasing a new version of that item.
